I am willing to cut the model as well for live2D. Depending on complexity prices will vary.Expect +500 USD at minimum. Cutting is a very involved process.
If you don't have any existing character design references and don't know how to compile it for an artist, I am willing to offer consultation at 100 USD for 90 minutes.
